Amtech Systems Return & Exchange Policy (Pakistan)

At Amtech Systems, we stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues, here’s our fair and transparent policy:

1. Defective Product Exchange

✅ 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

  • If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, notify us within 7 days for a free replacement (same model).

  • Provide:

    • Proof of purchase (invoice).

    • Photos/videos of the defect.

    • Original packaging & accessories.

✅ 14-Day Technical Fault Replacement

  • For manufacturing defects (e.g., hardware failure, non-functional touch), we’ll replace the unit within 14 days after inspection by our tech team.

2. Refund Policy

🔄 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are processed only if replacement isn’t possible (e.g., stock unavailability).

  • Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer/store credit within 5–7 business days.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Software licenses, opened consumables (e.g., stylus tips), and products damaged by misuse.

3. Return Conditions

🔧 Inspection Required

  • Returns must include:

    • Original packaging (no scratches/damage).

    • All accessories (cables, remotes, manuals).

  • Void if:

    • Physical damage (cracks, liquid spills).

    • Tampering/unauthorized repairs.

4. Warranty Claims

📅 3-Year Limited Warranty

  • Covers hardware defects (excludes accidental damage).

  • Submit claims via support@amtech.pk with:

    • Purchase proof.

    • Warranty card.

    • Fault description + diagnostic report (if applicable).

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@amtech.pk or call +92-XXX-XXXXXXX (9 AM–5 PM, Mon–Sat).

  2. Get Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Ship/Visit: Return to our Karachi/Lahore office or schedule a pickup (urban areas).

Note:

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the fault is verified as our error.

  • Policy aligns with Pakistan’s Consumer Protection Act 2023.
